Walk & Cycle

Cuddington has a good network of pedestrian and cycle routes. Cycle maps showing these routes can be obtained from
www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk.
The map below shows approximate cycle times from Forest Edge to help you assess how long journeys will take. The map also shows local cycle routes that can be accessed within a short cycle ride of the Site. All of the village amenities including shops, a post office, food outlets, schools, the library, hair salons, pub, village hall, and rail station are all within a 15 minute walk of Forest Edge.

What are the benefits of walking or cycling?

  • It is good exercise-just 30 minutes of brisk walking or cycling a day can be enough to keep you healthy.
  • Walking and cycling journeys cost nothing, and create no carbon dioxide emissions.
  • For some journeys cycling can be quicker than travelling by car, particularly at peak times.
